Welcome to Ludonova, a mobile Ludo game developed and published by RefPay Media Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ludonova.

By downloading, accessing, or using Ludonova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the game.

1. About Ludonova

Ludonova is a mobile Ludo game created for entertainment purposes.

The game provides different ways to enjoy Ludo, including local multiplayer, gameplay against computer-controlled opponents, and online gameplay where available.

Ludonova is currently provided as a free game and does not require users to purchase a premium plan or subscription to play.

2. Eligibility

You may use Ludonova only if you are legally permitted to use the application under the laws applicable to you.

Pass & Play allows multiple players to enjoy a game on the same device.

Vs Computer

The Vs Computer mode allows users to play against computer-controlled opponents.

Online

The Online mode allows users to play with other players through an online connection where the feature is available.

Online gameplay may depend on server availability, network connectivity, and other technical conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Ludonova, you agree to use the game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the game

• Reverse engineer or modify the game except where permitted by applicable law

11. Third-Party Platforms

Ludonova may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms, conditions, and policies.

Apple notes that apps distributed through the App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable agreements and guidelines.

Google Play likewise applies its Developer Programme Policies and related requirements to apps distributed through Google Play.

RefPay Media does not control the operation or policies of third-party app stores.

12. Device and Network Requirements

To use Ludonova, your device must meet the technical requirements of the applicable platform.

Certain features, particularly Online gameplay, may require an active internet connection.

You are responsible for:

• Your compatible device
• Internet connectivity
• Any applicable network charges
• Keeping your device and operating system sufficiently updated

13. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We aim to keep Ludonova available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the game will always be:
